1950s Chair design attributed to Studio BBPR
Studio BBPR was an architectural and design studio established in Milan in 1932 among four Politecnico di Milano architects: Gian Luigi Banfi , Lodovico Barbiano di Belgiojoso , Enrico Peressutti, and Ernesto Nathan Rogers. The first letters of the last names of each made up the acronym by which the BBPR Architects was founded.
Great Italian 1950s design at his best! This modernist comfortable and elegant chair has a black enamelled whrought iron structure with a mustard and dark choccolate small cheked patterned fabric sear, back and handles.
